Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@zepora.online. Requests submitted through other channels may not be processed.
Eligibility for Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if the digital product has not yet been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. Requests made after the product is sent or accessed are not eligible for cancellation.
Timeframe for Requests
- Requests received within 12 hours of purchase and before delivery will be reviewed and processed.
- Requests made after 12 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
Refunds
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to process (depending on your payment provider).
No-Change Window
Once a digital order has been processed and delivered, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
